Mr. Son’s career in agricultural commodities began in 2007, representing the Philippines Phosphate Fertilizer Corporation in the Vietnam market.
He later joined the Swiss-based trading house Mekatrade Asia Pte Ltd as Country Manager, where he managed a diverse portfolio of fertilizer products—including NPKs, DAP, and Ammonium Sulphate—with annual sales exceeding 250,000 metric tons.
Through this role, he gained extensive, hands-on experience in complex distribution, product planning, and strategic marketing, including farmer promotion programs for new products. Beyond commodities, Mr. Son is an active Venture Capitalist and co-founder of Javis Ventures, a Tokyo-based firm investing in Vietnam’s technology sector. He is a sport enthusiast; he is holding a Black Belt in Brazilian Jujitsu.
Mrs. Ha is the co-founder of SSG Investment Co., Ltd and Rich Farm Agri Pty Ltd and leads the group’s financial operations. She is responsible for overseeing all fund allocation and financial-related activities for the company. Prior to co-founding SSG and Rich Farm, Mrs.
Ha served for over 15 years as the Chief Accountant for TRG International, a diverse firm with divisions in IT outsourcing, enterprise solutions, and F&B services.
Mrs. Ha holds both a BSBA in Accountancy and a Master of Financial Engineering from De La Salle University in Manila, Philippines.
Mr. Thang leads the group’s agricultural distribution operations as the CEO of Rich Farm Vietnam Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of SSG Investment.
In addition to managing Rich Farm’s operations, Mr. Thang is responsible for identifying and developing new venture opportunities within the agricultural industry for SSG Investment.
Mrs. Thu is a foundational member of the SSG Group, having managed its trade operations since the company’s inception in 2016.
As Deputy Director of SSG Investment Co., Ltd, she oversees all day-to-day operations for the company in Vietnam. She also continues to direct all international trade activities for the entire SSG Group, including the strategic sourcing of products from Japan and Europe for our diverse clients.
Prior to SSG, she spent over six years at the Ho Chi Minh City Branch of Petrovietnam Fertilizer and Chemical Corporation, one of Vietnam’s largest government-owned conglomerates, where she oversaw import and export activities for fertilizer and chemical products.
Mrs. Hang leads the group’s trade execution with a meticulous approach to document processing and logistics.
She brings 12 years of valuable experience from her prior role as Import and Export Manager at a government-owned paper processing and exporting company.
Mrs. Hang is passionate about ensuring every detail is handled correctly for our clients, demonstrating a round-the-clock commitment to their success.
Ms. Vo Thi Kim Chi graduated with High Distinction in Accounting from the Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH).
She possesses a solid foundation of knowledge and practical experience in the field of finance and accounting.
Kim Chi consistently demonstrates a meticulous work ethic and effective coordination in a professional environment. With a high sense of responsibility and strong data analysis skills, she is focused on contributing sustainable value to the financial and accounting operations of SSG Investment Co., Ltd.
Ms. Thanh (Thanh) started her career in supply chain and logistics in 2023.
She brings to SSG her deep expertise in customs clearance and her experience in liaising with various government agencies to ensure smooth import and export shipments.
In her role, she not only manages the company’s logistics but also provides essential support to SSG’s clients, assisting them with their import and export cargo needs.
Khanh brings extensive knowledge in international logistics and supply chain management to the SSG team.
Prior to joining SSG, he gained valuable experience working for both an international logistics company and a regional fertilizer trading company, where he handled key government and private accounts.
His product expertise includes NPK, Ammonium Sulphate (SA), Phosphoric Acid, Sulfuric Acid, and raw materials for water-soluble fertilizers.
