SSG's Journey
All started by Mr. Son Nguyen who has more than 15 years of fertlizer trading experience in ASEAN.
Our journey started in 2007 when Mr. Son Nguyen started his career in fertilizer by representing the Philippines Phosphate Fertilizer Corporation to handle the sale of NPK 16-16-8+13S fertilizer to the Vietnam market with an annual volume reaching 250,000MT.
SSG Investment Co., Ltd is the Vietnam sourcing arm and sale office for SSG International Pte Ltd (Singapore), both were established by Mr. Nguyen Duc An Son, a Vietnamese fertilizer trader whose have more than 15 years of experience in fertilizer trading in South East Asia region.
Later on, he joined a Swiss-based trading company Mekatrade Asia Pte Ltd as the country manager where he handled the sale of different types of fertilizer products including NPKs, DAP, and Ammonium Sulphate with annual sales reaching over 300,000MT. He has extensive experience in fertilizer distribution, product planning, product marketing, and farmer promotion programs to promote any new fertilizer products. He went on his own in 2016 to establish SSG International Pte Ltd in Singapore to trade in the region and SSG Vietnam Co., Ltd in Vietnam as the sales office and outsourcing arm and local sales office for the group.

Mr. Son started his career in agriculture product supplies back in 2008 when he started acting as the sale agent for Philippines Phosphate Fertilizer Corporation in Vietnam market. Later on, he joined a Swiss based trading company Mekatrade Asia Pte Ltd as the country manager where he handled the sale of different type of fertilizer products include NPKs, DAP, Ammonium Sulphate with annual sale reach over 300,000MT. He has extensive experience in fertilizer distribution, product planning, product marketing, farmer promotion programs to promote any new fertilizer products. He went on his own in 2016 to established SSG International Pte Ltd in Singapore to trade in the region and SSG Vietnam Co., Ltd in Vietnam as the sale office and out sourcing arm for the group.
Mr. Son is also an active Venture Capitalist, he and his Japanese partner created Javis Ventures Co., Ltd based in Tokyo Japan to invest in startups technology sectors in the booming market of Vietnam.
Mr. Son is also the current president of Ho Chi Minh City Boxing Federation through which he created a social enterprise platform to promote boxing activities in Ho Chi Minh City and nurture young Vietnamese boxing Talents.
Mrs. Le Thi Thuy Ha
Co-founder & Chief Financial Officer
Mrs. Ha has been working as Chief Accountant for TRG International including IT outsourcing, enterprise solutions, and F&B services for over 15 years. Mrs. Ha obtained her BSBA in Accountancy and Master of Financial Engineering from De La Salle University, Manila Philippines.
Mrs. Ha is the co-founder of SSG Investment where she oversees fund allocation and all financial-related activities of SSG Investment co., Ltd.
Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Thang
Head of Specialty Fertilizer Distribution
Mr. Thang is the CEO of Rich Farm Vietnam Co., Ltd which is one of the subsidiaries of SSG Investment Co., Ltd specializing in agriculture product distribution. Besides operating this company, Mr. Thang is also overseeing new venture opportunities related to his industry for SSG Investment.

Mrs. Thu has used to work with the Ho Chi Minh City Branch of Petrovietnam Fertilizer and Chemical Corporation which is one of the largest government-owned conglomerates for more than 6 years where she oversees import & export activities of fertilizer and chemicals products.
At the moment, she is in charge of all import & export activities for SSG Group. She is also in charge of sourcing products from Japan, Europe for different clients in Vietnam.
She has been with SSG Group since the inception of the company in 2016.
Mrs. Doan Thi Thuy Hang
Execution Manager
Mrs. Hang brought with her 12 years of experience working for a government-owned paper processing and exporting company as the import and export manager. She is meticulous in documents processing and execution. She is passionate to work around the clock to get all things done properly for our clients.
Admin Officer cum Execution
Admin Officer has extensive experience in office administration and accounting work before joining the SSG family. Currently, this position is in charge of daily office operations and in liaison with the Singapore office to ensure smooth operation. Admin Officer also assists the execution team to process import documentation.
